Free Tapping
On this page you will find links to a selection of tapping resources.
(1) If you have not allready visited our EFT Journey YouTube channel you might like to do that. There are 28 tap along video clips there, most almost 10 minutes long. You might start at the “EFT Getting Started” playlist wich has 15 videos.
(2) If you are raising children then I highly reccomend this Family Matters magazine. Using our GIFT CODE which is ”133″, you can get a FREE annual online subscription. This is a great magazine & it always has some tapping articles & info in it. You might find this especially usefull to pass onto friends who you would like to introduce tapping to, in a gentle way.
PS: This is worth a read even if you are not raising children, as the articles are well structured & help us focus back on our own childhood to find areas we would benefit from doing some tapping.
(3) If you would like a regular inspiring bit of chat & tapping every Monday morning to start your week, then check this out, just 8 minutes. Totally free, & you can get it online as audio or video, or even phone into the call live.
I have been doing these since they started. For those who have heard about Ho’oponopono, you will like the way that Al gently adds this into the mix. This is a great addition to your regular tapping… or maybe the start of it.
(4) We are partnering with www.LifeMadeMuchEasier.com to bring our Easing The Way After Stillbirth program to the internet. They have a rapidly growing selection of specific programs available which you might be interested in. Many of their programs provide the first portion online for free, which means you can really get a feel for the presenters & the material to decide if the program is for you. The free portion is not just a promo for the rest, it is actually the first part of the program, so the free part is potentially very helpful in it’s own right, even if you decide not to proceed with a whole program.
Here are some of their programs which have a free component:
I have registered for the free part of this one, & even refered others to some of the free clips for a specific problem. This program grew out of Paul Widdershoven’s School Made Much Easier program, with the help of his daughter.
